Data we collect
Contact and booking-request forms
When you use the contact form or submit a booking request, we collect your first name, last name, email address, the service you are requesting, and the content of your message. This information is sent by email via Resend and used only to respond to your request.
User account
If you create an account on this site, we collect your name, email address and a password (stored encrypted). You may optionally complete your profile with a bio, date of birth, profile picture, and display/language preferences. A verification email, and if needed a password-reset email, may be sent to you.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic and improve the user experience. A cookie-preference banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing); cookies strictly necessary for the site to function remain active.
Recipients and processors
Your data may be shared with the following processors, strictly to the extent required for their service: Resend (sending contact emails), Google Analytics (traffic measurement), Render Services, Inc. (application and website hosting), and our database hosting provider (secure storage of user accounts). We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data retention
Data submitted through the contact form is kept for as long as needed to process your request. Account data is kept for as long as your account is active; you may request its deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data.
